The Porter is committed to ensuring the facility is neat, clean, and in an orderly condition at all times. This individual is responsible for the building's appearance by cleaning and disinfecting common areas, cleaning/pickup parking lot and outside area, trash removal, and restocking of restrooms and break rooms. The Custodial Day Porter is expected to perform custodial duties in accordance with established standards and procedures to maintain the facility in a neat, clean, sanitary, and orderly manner.
